Outside the usual credentials, Jess Ewart is an inspirational and radical visionary. She challenges her clients and students to let go of societal conventions/expectations so they can reclaim their time (our most precious commodity) and expand their spirit. Jess encourages all conscious beings to look beyond "belief" into the deep-seated “knowing” that can unlock unlimited freedom and infinite potential.
Jess began studying yoga in 1999. The breathing techniques alone shifted her entire perspective on the nature of existence. As Jess's practice expanded into every aspect of her lifestyle, she began adopting Ayurvedic wisdom into her health routine. Jess's passion for Ayurveda evolved into her professional life as she graduated from a 500 hour training program with Kerala Ayurveda Academy. Ayurvedic principles, the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, and radically honest teachings are referenced often in her instruction.
Jess's teaching is defined by her love of philosophy. Also, she truly believes that yoga asana should be fun. In her classes, you will work on the mind, body, and spirit with great intention, but you will often smile and laugh out loud as well!
